I was going through some personal/self-confidence issues that lead to increased stress, self-doubt, and anxiety in my life. I felt that this was the best time to give Reiki a try. Krizia had an amazing way of making me feel comfortable and was very intentional with the whole process. She is a natural born healer. I felt the movement of energy and blockages being lifted. After the session, I immediately felt less anxious and rebalanced. I have also been doing a lot of inner work and have seen a difference in my self-confidence which is something I have struggled with.
